Roby Consolidated Independent School District Position: Potential Teacher/Coach (2026–2027 School Year) Roby CISD is seeking motivated, relationship-driven individuals to potentially join our team as a Teacher / Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about developing students both in the classroom and through athletic programs. Primary Responsibilities: Provide high-quality instruction in assigned subject area(s) Foster a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment Coach and develop student-athletes in assigned sport(s) Promote character, accountability, and teamwork within the athletic program Collaborate with colleagues to support student success across academics and extracurricular activities Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff Uphold all district, UIL, and TEA guidelines and expectations Coaching Opportunities May Include: Assignments will be based on applicant strengths and program needs. Multiple sports may be available.
