Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Wilson, North Carolina. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy Emergency Department. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a diverse patient population while working in a well-equipped facility with a collaborative team.

Job Details:

• Location: Wilson, North Carolina
• Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week minimum
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications, and NIHSS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE monitors, Meditech electronic health record system, and familiarity with common diagnoses such as Respiratory Distress, Overdose, CHF, Dialysis, and Hypertension.
• Additional Information: The unit comprises 26 beds with patient ratios ranging from approximately 1:4 to 1:5 depending on acuity. Equipment includes GE monitors and standard ED tools. The department handles a broad spectrum of emergency cases and values team players with a positive attitude and engaged personality.
