Leading the enterprise sales strategy, the full-time Manager, Enterprise Sales will drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, and close deals with mid-market legal departments in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy targeting in-house legal teams to drive pipeline growth Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration Identify and close strategic deals with mid-market legal departments through consultative selling and relationship-building Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing high-volume deals in a high-growth environment Experience in recruiting and managing high-performing sales teams Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective sales strategies and processes Exceptional communication skills with a history of engaging C-level stakeholders
