Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Setting: Outpatient Clinical Practice

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Longwood, Florida. This position plays a vital role in supporting physicians, delivering high-quality patient care, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answering and triaging telephone inquiries from patients
Performing venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures under physician direction
Maintaining accurate patient records, logs, and electronic health record (EHR) documentation
Administering medications, immunizations, EKGs, ear washes, and other clinical services
Assisting providers with patient care and clinical procedures
Monitoring patient needs and ensuring exceptional patient service
Supporting clinic workflow and maintaining compliance with established protocols
Required Qualifications
Current and active State of Florida Nursing License
Previous clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical equipment and clinical procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with patients, providers, and staff at all levels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Certification Requirements
