What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) As a Warehouse Forklift Operator , you’ll be responsible for: Operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize medical equipment. Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care. Performing inventory checks and keeping the warehouse organized. Working closely with the logistics team to improve shipping processes. Qualifications We’re looking for candidates who have: Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required—we’ll train you!) Familiarity with order picking and packing procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for up to 8 hours Basic tech skills with tablets, scanners, and monitors A positive, team‑player attitude and strong communication skills Training & Development – What You’ll Learn At TIDI, training is more than just orientation—it’s your launchpad to success.
