Adecco Staffing is hiring Machine Operators in Hanover, NH for a growing manufacturing company. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with competitive pay, multiple shifts, and room to grow. Position: Machine Operator Location: Hanover, NH Pay: $18-25/hour (based on experience and shift) Shift: All shifts available (varies by department) Why Apply: Competitive pay with shift options Long-term stability with growth opportunities Hands-on training provided Opportunity to learn multiple machines and departments What you’ll do: Set up and operate production machinery in a fast-paced environment Load materials and keep machines running efficiently Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Complete production paperwork and track output Assist with machine cleaning and preventative maintenance Work with team members to meet daily production goals Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace What We’re Looking For: Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Pay Details $18.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
