Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk / Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced shipping and receiving team. This position is responsible for processing incoming shipments, accurately entering inventory into warehouse management systems, performing cycle counts, and maintaining organized inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, prior warehouse experience, and a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Process incoming shipments and verify receiving documentation Enter inventory and shipment data accurately into company systems Maintain organized and accurate inventory and shipping records Perform daily cycle counts and make system corrections as needed Coordinate with warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth operations Assist with general shipping and receiving duties Complete administrative and data entry tasks as required Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing of all documentation Requirements Prior experience in shipping and receiving required Experience with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) systems required SAP experience strongly preferred Strong computer and data entry skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.) Forklift experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Must be able to read and write clearly IND2
