Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Maryland
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week (Sunday through Saturday)
Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Strong documentation and communication skills
