Key Responsibilites Write Eval Rubrics Debug Agent Traces Stress Test Agent Ideal Qualifications 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
