We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. If the thought of coming to work every day and making a positive impact on clients’ lives excites you, Responsibilities: Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Must already have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license Conduct client consultations to understand financial goals and insurance needs Present life insurance solutions in a clear and professional manner Assist clients with completing applications and navigating underwriting requirements Provide customer service support for existing policyholders Help clients during the claims process when needed Maintain organized electronic and paper records for compliance and servicing Prospecting and lead generation through networking, referrals, social media, and outreach Qualifications: Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired An active life insurance license is a strong advantage Applicants without a license must be willing to obtain one Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous customer service or sales experience preferredAbility to build trust and explain financial concepts clearly Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic online tools Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States Compensation: $50,000+ at plan commission based on performance $50,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Nobility Financial - Relentless Team
