Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Clinical experience treating geriatric patients and managing rehabilitation plans of care preferred.
• Ability to document electronically in EHR systems. Experience with common SNF documentation platforms preferred.
