Acquisition Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

As an Acquisition Specialist with Berenice Mendez, you will create exceptional client experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks, including acting as a receptionist by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk activities. Your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people make you an ideal fit for this role. In this position, you will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community you serve. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving

Compensation: $34,662.00 - $74,111.00 per year
