As Director of Operations , you'll work directly with Aubree Lewis to transform vision into execution. Your role is to build the systems, accountability, and operational excellence that allow our business to continue growing while freeing Aubree to focus on leadership, relationships, content creation, innovation, and lead generation. This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving, and scaling businesses.
