UI/UX Full Stack Developer

UI/UX Full Stack Developer is a role that blends front‑end craftsmanship with back‑end development expertise. The position involves designing, building, and maintaining modern, responsive web applications while working closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality user experiences. Location: Lake Saint Louis, Missouri (US) Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days on‑site per week Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern, intuitive, and responsive web applications Build reusable, scalable, and high‑performance front‑end components using React Develop and maintain back‑end services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Django Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences Integrate front‑end applications with back‑end APIs and third‑party services Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following software development best practices Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure reliability and performance Optimize application speed, scalability, and overall user experience Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and solution planning Implement security and data protection best practices throughout the application Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Stay current with emerging front‑end, back‑end, UI/UX, and web development technologies, and recommend improvements where appropriate Requirements 2–6 years of UX/UI developer experience Solid experience with React.js (hooks, state management, reusable components) Good command of Django / Django REST Framework Strong UX/UI sensibility and familiarity with design tools (Figma, etc.) Ability to work effectively in an agile environment within a cross‑functional team Self‑driven, curious, and passionate about crafting polished interfaces Benefits An international community with over 110 nationalities A culture of trust where 70% of leaders started at entry level A comprehensive training system with our internal Academy and over 250 modules A dynamic work environment with frequent internal events such as after‑works and team building Amaris Consulting promotes equal opportunities.
