Job Description
Family Medicine Physician needed in Wyandanch, New York. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide quality primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to all patients.


Details:
• Permanent position
• Large primary care practice
• Full time, 35 - 40 hours per week
• One late night per week and one Saturday per month required
• Rotating call
• Ambulatory care setting
• Collaborate with experienced physicians

Qualifications
• Valid New York medical license
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Two years of experience
