Environmental Services / Housekeeping Associate Beaufont Health & Rehab Center Beaufont Health & Rehab Center is seeking a reliable Environmental Services/Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This position plays an important role in infection control, safety, and overall facility appearance. Responsibilities Room and area cleaning including patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, dining areas, and common spaces Surface and equipment care such as dusting, window cleaning, trash removal, and bed cleaning Bathroom sanitation including sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and supply restocking Floor maintenance including mopping, buffing, carpet cleaning, and floor stripping/refinishing Safety and compliance including odor control, proper storage of supplies, and reporting hazards Interdepartmental support and entering work orders into TELS Respect for residents and adherence to patient rights and emergency procedures Reporting responsibilities including concerns related to safety, abuse, or neglect Preferred Skills Basic communication skills including reading, writing, and following instructions Teamwork and the ability to work well with others Equipment operation Basic computer skills Responsibility This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of Beaufont Health & Rehab Center, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff. Duties include room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, floor care, equipment upkeep, safety reporting, and supporting facility operations.
