Maintenance Technician

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, evenings/nights. 40 hours Sunday through Saturday from 5:15 pm to 06:30 am. Three days on and four days off each week based on operational needs. You will work at the University Hospital and American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. Pay: Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening and night shift differential
• Weekend differential

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to: * Maintain heating and air conditioning equipment, emergency power systems, medical gas distribution and supply systems, food service equipment, and hospital life support systems for direct and indirect patient use. * Perform diagnosis and repair equipment in emergency situations, monitor and make adjustments to the building(s) environment and lighting using a computerized building automation system and monitor and make adjustments to computerized, intelligent fire alarm systems. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Two (2) year Technical diploma Preferred
