Analyst I - Personnel Compliance Analyst Salary: $3,861.00 - $6,276.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum alternate range. Working Conditions The employee is required to work any shift and schedule in a variety of settings throughout the hospital, may be required to work overtime, and may float to other work locations as determined by the operational needs of the hospital. Responsibilities Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager II – Supervisor II, the Analyst I performs consultative analytical assignments relating to payroll transactions. This includes providing timely and appropriate consultation and technical assistance to Personnel Management, Personnel Supervisors, and Personnel Specialists. Compensation and Benefits All state civil service employees are subject to a mandatory Personal Leave Program (PLP). The PLP program reduces the monthly gross salary by 3% and provides paid leave options (PLO). Incumbents accrue 5 hours of PLP each qualifying pay period and are subject to PLP salary reduction and leave accruals through June 30, 2027. Positions with time bases less than full time receive a prorated accrual of PLP based on hours worked.
