SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Role:- SAP S/4HANA Project Manager Location:- Washington D.C( 5 days Onsite look for Local candidates) Visa:- Any Mode of hire:- FTE Salary:- ***-***K Annum Visa:- H1B(Visa Transfer), USC, GC EAD, GC JD . We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be based in the US and have a strong background managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects with distributed onsite and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade projects. Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple workstreams. Own project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators, and SAP functional teams. Drive issue resolution, dependency management, and executive status reporting. Coordinate functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. Lead steering committee meetings and manage project communications. Required Qualifications 10+ years of SAP project management experience. Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation . Strong experience managing global onsite and offshore delivery teams. Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies. Working knowledge of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and Travel Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing project budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, and resource planning. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration or new S/4HANA implementations. Experience in data migration, integration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Experience managing large enterprise SAP programs valued at ***M+.
