What You’ll Do

• As a Batbox Lead Bartender , in this tipped role, you’ll be in the heart of the action
• You will mix, pour, and serve drinks quickly, safely, and accurately - always following recipes and alcohol service laws
• You’ll create legendary guest experiences for all of the guests at the bar or in your section
• Keep the bar area stocked, and ready for action at all times
• Help uphold health & safety standards - from bar cleanliness to food safety protocols
• Lead by example training new staff on menu offerings, service standards, and venue policies
• Provide direction and give feedback to the team members to support operational opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• We’re looking for a team lead with 3-5 years experience who are enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused
• You have a knack for making genuine connections and providing exceptional service, even during the busiest times 
• Proven experience in a lead role with experience of coaching and motivating a team
• You are at least 21 years old

What to Expect

This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:

• Lead Bartenders are ‘Tipped Team Members’ who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. Compensation: ($10/hourly + tips)
• Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue
• Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
• Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently during your shift
• Read and write handwritten notes
