**Required Experience:**- 2 years of experience- Community hospital experience- Travel experience required**Preferred Experience:**- Previous charge experience**Certifications Required:**- BLS- ACLS- NIHSS**Certifications Preferred:**- CPI**Required Skills:**- MS/Tele, Telemetry Oncology, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, ER Holding, Neuro Stepdown, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown- Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring, use of rapid response teams- Cardiovascular: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath- Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management- Genitourinary/Renal: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure- IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: Blood product administration, central and peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, starting IVs- Medications: Heparin protocols, managing cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration), PCA- Neurological/Psychiatric: CVA- Plastics: Surgical drains- Respiratory: Chest tubes, CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management- Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation precautions, wound care/vac**Preferred Skills:**- Cardiovascular: Sheath removal- IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing ports, phlebotomy- Orthopedics: Total Joint Replacements**Licensure:**- Must have both Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact license at time of submission**Submission Requirements:**- No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius- Pending license not accepted**Charting System:**- Experience with EPIC required
