We are seeking a motivated, licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent to join our Agency. This is a commission-only position offering a highly competitive commission structure well above industry standards, with a steady flow of opportunities from within the Agency. Our agency offers commission rates that are above industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Medicare products, group health insurance, and individual health, ACA, and life insurance plans and Wellness programs (training will be provided for the Wellness Program)  and be committed to providing outstanding service and ethical guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
• Sell and service individual and group health insurance plans
• Offer life insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Educate clients on coverage options, benefits, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Handle current clients already insured with our Agency
• Stay current with carrier offerings, CMS regulations, and industry changes
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with agency staff to ensure excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
• Strong working knowledge of:
• • Medicare products
  • Individual health insurance
  • Group health insurance
  • ACA
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with basic technology and agency management systems
