Staff have the opportunity to work with a variety of groups and oversee activities from recreational swimming through national level competitive events.**Requirements:** Regularly attend and participate in meetings, in-service trainings, and skills checks.**Responsibilities:** Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of, and comply with, the facility rules, and policies and procedures, and consistently and appropriately enforce them as outlined in the Aquatic Staff Manual.Consistently demonstrate positive, effective communication skills. They maintain a high level of responsibility and are required to exercise sound judgement in the completion of their duties. Strong swimming skills are required for all positions.
