The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions for an adult patient population, with 12-15 patient encounters per day and 0-2 new consults expected daily. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
