Job Description
Title : Emergency Department RN - Emergency Department

Schedule :
- Shift: 3x12 (Mids / Nights)
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

Assignment Details :
- Contract length: 8 weeks (possible extension)

Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- NY RN license
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
- Epic experience required

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages in the emergency department.
- Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity of condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and provide timely interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
