What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy assessments and treatment planning
• Support inpatient coverage on Mondays, ensuring continuity of care
• Document patient progress using Web PT for outpatient and Trubridge EMR for inpatient settings
• Collaborate with a team of PTs and healthcare staff in a hospital environment
• Ensure compliance with facility standards, dress code (scrubs, collared shirt), and professionalism
• Manage caseloads of various outpatient orthopedic and post-surgical patients
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning as needed

What You Need

• Valid Texas Physical Therapist license
• At least 1 year of outpatient and inpatient experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems: Web PT and Trubridge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting

About the Assignment This outpatient clinic in a hospital setting offers comprehensive outpatient services with a small inpatient component (swing bed/SNF with a maximum of 24 beds). The role involves managing diverse patient cases, focusing on orthopedic and rehabilitation services with a collaborative team of PTs and support staff.
