Job Title: UAT/ORT test lead

Location: Tyler, TX (5 days onsite)

Duration: 12+ month Contract

Looking for UAT/ORT test lead. Looking for 3+ years of experienced candidate with below skills.

Location : Tyler, TX (5 days onsite)

JD:

Primary skills :

• Product quality, testing, and validation support

Hands-on involvement in operational readiness testing (ORT), User acceptance testing, validating product readiness, and identifying quality risks.

• Operational Readiness & Launch Execution
• Supporting product launches, readiness activities, and execution in an onsite lab environment.
• Operational Documentation & Process Standardization
• Creating and maintaining documentation, standard processes, and launch best practices

Secondary skills:

• Analytics & Dashboard Familiarity
• Comfort working with dashboards and metrics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation
• Identifying operational or launch risks and proactively addressing them through process or tooling improvements
• Tooling Experience
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking work, documentation, and collaboration
• Clear Written & Verbal Communication
• Ability to communicate status, risks, and insights effectively to stakeholders.
