Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator)

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity | $20.00-23.75/hr |

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow? We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support a leading 3PL warehouse operation serving data center customers. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding facility that is expected to grow from 120 employees to 250 employees this year , with a strong focus on promoting from within .

Pay & Shift Differentials

Base Pay: $20.00/hr

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM ($20.00/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM ($21.50/hr )
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM ($22.50/hr )
• Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM ($23.00/hr )
• Weekend Nights: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM ($23.75/hr )

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely moving, storing, and shipping inventory.

Daily Responsibilities

✅ Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and reach trucks

✅ Load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout the warehouse

✅ Conduct daily equipment safety inspections

✅ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

✅ Move pallets, crates, and inventory to designated locations

✅ Assist with inventory counts and stock tracking

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

✅ Work collaboratively to meet productivity and shipping goals

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts and/or reach trucks
• Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience
• Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience with order picking and inventory handling
• Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment within the first 1-2 days of employment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment
• Data center logistics or warehouse experience
• General warehouse labor experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr.
