Store Manager in Training

Location: 2600 Lake Bardwell Dr, Ennis, TX 75119, USA. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities. Schedule employees for shifts. Resolve store issues including customer concerns. Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements. Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise. Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions. Monitor profits through end‑of‑day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. REQUIREMENTS Education High School Diploma or GED required. Experience One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred. Certification Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
