Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to patients with cardiac, trauma, and neurological conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for precise documentation of patient information.
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend shifts as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Possession of an active Iowa or Compact State RN License.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI are mandatory.
• TNCC certification is preferred (required for contract extensions).
• Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system is essential.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a fast-paced ICU environment, providing critical care to patients. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including participation in on-call rotations and weekend shifts.
