Our skilled team is dedicated to delivering top-quality craftsmanship and exceptional results. From refreshing a room to large-scale commercial projects, we ensure every job is completed with precision and care. Description Responsibilities: Visit active job sites daily across Massachusetts and New Hampshire to ensure customer satisfaction and project quality. Verify that all materials are on-site and ready before work begins. Monitor crews to ensure work is performed to Paint Pros MA standards and according to project instructions. Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Perform quality control checks throughout each stage of the project. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project progress and job completion. Document site visits, material deliveries, and any important updates in our CRM system. Requirements: Experience in painting, drywall, construction, or a related field. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel required). Excellent communication skills, both with customers and field crews. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile apps for project management. Strong leadership skills with a focus on maintaining high standards of work and customer service.
