Forklift Operator

Join our team in Marlborough, MA! We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will operate both sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks to move materials, pick customer orders, and load and unload trailers. The ideal candidate has strong equipment handling skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift details: 5 AM – 3:30 PM Wednesday – Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks during daily warehouse operations.
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring pallet stability and product integrity.
• Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Perform scanning, picking, pallet movement, and other material handling activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and equipment operating guidelines.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift or reach truck preferred.
• Ability to safely maneuver equipment in narrow aisles and high-bay racking environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Ability to perform basic warehouse functions, including scanning, picking, and material movement.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for training and safety purposes.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
