Salary & Pay Structure Officer (Non-Certified): $64,030 annually ($30.78/hour) Certified Officer: $68,860 annually ($33.10/hour) Position is hourly, non-exempt Hiring Bonuses

• 2,500 sign-on bonus for newly hired non-certified officers
• 3,500 sign-on bonus for certified officers
