About this role: We’re looking for a curious, passionate Cincinnati-based Junior Art Director who brings a strong point of view, sharp design skills, and the courage to turn “what if?” into work people notice. You’ll help turn big ideas into compelling visual experiences across campaigns, brands, social, and everything in between—while collaborating, taking ownership, and pushing the work further. One who pays attention to comps, can execute various styles and has a clear vision for what and how something looks out in the world… whether it’s a big idea or simple social post. With that, this person must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have excellent design skills Breakthrough Big Thinking: We want world builders and dreamers.
