Drive clinical excellence by managing a varied patient census while collaborating with a specialized team that handles all admissions. Enhance healthcare accessibility through a flexible PRN model, supporting the North Region team during census influxes and ensuring continuity of care during peak seasons. Foster clinical collaboration by integrating with growing provider groups across four hospital campuses and the greater Indianapolis medical community. Schedule Flexibility: No minimum shift requirements; schedules posted at least 3 months in advance. Employed position: W2 position with Ascension St. Vincent Indiana. Requirement: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Requirement: MD or DO. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. What additional preferences you'll need Experience: Previous Hospitalist experience is preferred, though highly motivated new graduates will be considered. Clinical Versatility: Comfort navigating both open and closed ICU settings across rural and suburban facilities.
