Specifically in this role, working in a largely virtualand fast-pace denvironment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences comes first the Instructional Designer will work with business leaders to create and continuously improve learning experiences using quality training content including eLearning, instructor-led content, videos, virtual classroom design, tool kits, study guides, and performance aids. What Do We Look For? Candidateslocatedin any U.S. state other than AK, HI, ND, ME, WY, VT, and SD Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills. Creative, analytical, andcustomer focusedindividual. 2+ years of experience in adult learning, curriculum design, ortrainingpreferablyin a technical field. Experience in the staffing industrypreferred. Proven experience in the development and delivery of course curriculum. Understanding ofadult learning principles and training methodologies. Ability to organize, analyze, summarize, and effectively present complex information. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks. eLearning experience,a plus. Knowledge of Cornerstone, LMS systema plus. Experienceutilizingtools such as Articulate (Storyline & Rise), Camtasia,Audacityand Well Said Labs.
