Office Manager Titan Factory Direct - Austin & New Braunfels, TX Titan Factory Direct is seeking a highly organized, customer‑focused Office Manager to support our growing operations in Austin and New Braunfels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently and professionally manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines at the same time. You must be comfortable handling difficult situations, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the home‑buying process Communicate with customers, lenders, contractors, and service providers Process finance and loan‑related documentation Manage billing, invoicing, and office administration Schedule contractors and coordinate project timelines Maintain accurate customer files and records Support daily sales center operations Qualifications Office Management experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment Experience in construction, homebuilding, manufactured housing, or a related industry is a plus Loan processing, bookkeeping, or invoicing experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and business software Spanish bilingual is a plus What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is professional, resilient, and solution‑oriented.
