Accounts Payable Administrator – Graduate Opportunity Austin, TX – On-site $55,000 – $60,000 Are you a recent Accounting, Finance or Business graduate looking for your first opportunity to build a career in finance? We’re looking for a bright, motivated graduate to join an established finance team in Austin. You do not need previous Accounts Payable experience - this is an opportunity to learn on the job, develop practical finance skills and build your career within a supportive team. You’ll receive hands-on training and exposure to areas including: Processing and matching invoices Preparing payments and maintaining accurate records Reconciling accounts and helping investigate discrepancies Communicating with vendors and internal teams Supporting month-end finance activities Assisting with audits and wider finance projects Learning how a busy corporate finance function operates What we’re looking for: A recent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related subject Good communication skills and confidence speaking with different people across the business Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail and good organisation Comfortable working with numbers A positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience is not required .
