Physical Therapist Float - Outpatient

Location 6301 Forest Hills Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM Job Summary Transform patient outcomes as a Float Physical Therapist supporting multiple outpatient locations. This role offers sign‑on and relocation bonuses to qualified candidates. Job Details Full time, FTE 1.00, Monday‑Friday weekdays. Compensation ranges from $37.29 to $56.92 per hour with an additional $2.00 hourly differential for float work. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available for eligible candidates. Responsibilities Float between clinic locations including Kaseman, Albuquerque Healthplex, Albuquerque Southern, Rio Rancho Las Estancias, and South Valley. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and goals, and implement programs to improve physical or developmental dysfunction and daily living independence. Continuously reassess treatment plans and goals to ensure progress. Educate patients, families, and others regarding home programs and preventive measures. Prepare written documentation as required by the profession and the department in a timely manner. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers about patient care. Maintain departmental policies and procedures, quality assurance program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Participate in educational programs, in‑services, and meetings as required. Assist on special project teams and perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred. New Mexico license of Physical Therapy required. BLS certification required at time of hire. New graduates encouraged to apply.
