Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative J.W. Rook & Son Inc, is seeking a customer service representative to assist with the day-to-day operations and servicing of our accounts. Responsibilities: Supports customers with direct services and sales related activities Develop strong client relationships that result in the sale of additional policies Work directly with clients to process endorsements, conduct audits, perform renewal reviews, and writing insurance policies Responsible for delivering service in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner Respond to questions and requests from customers quickly and accurately Pro-actively prospect and generate new business appointments Round out and provide analysis on renewal strategies Maintain existing client relationships that result in a high retention rate Meet sales goals for new business and renewal of existing customers Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner insurance carriers Office Location You will be working in our office at: 122 W Andrews Street, Bethel, NC 27812 Compensation Salary plus commission Bonus opportunities Full health benefits 401k Paid time off Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Insurance or other Customer Service-related role North Carolina P&C license preferred or will be required to obtain within 6 months About J.W.
