Case Manager

Location: Willingboro, NJ and Surrounding Areas Pay: $50,000 Annually FLSA: Exempt Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule Case Manager The Case Manager manages a caseload of 10-12 youth, working with both the youth and the treatment (therapeutic foster care) parents. The Case Manager meets weekly with all youth in the home; some visits may occur at the office. They attend Individual Service meetings and collaborate and communicate with all team members. The Clinical Case Manager also supports treatment parents through all placement phases, including support and on-the-job training in behavior management techniques. Additionally, the Case Manager manages crises as needed, monitors treatment homes to ensure compliance with licensure requirements, maintains relationships with funding sources, and represents the program to the community. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Human Services (social work, psychology). REQUIRED One (1) year verified experience in case management or counseling with children and families. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid NJ or PA driver’s license (or ability to obtain such license), good driving record, and proof of auto insurance coverage. NJ CARI and CHRI clearances. Pass all pre‑employment physical and drug screening. Must meet all requirements of Title 8, U.S. Code, § 1324‑A of the U.S. Department of Justice/immigration and Naturalization services Employment Eligibility Verification.
