You must have the confidence to walk homeowners through the process determining their needs, offering options for them to choose from and to ultimately close the deal. Professionalism along with follow up and follow through are the keys to success in our business – not a slick sales presentation. We will provide the finest sales training for the remodeling industry. Some evening appointments are required. Experience Requirements 3 years sales experience. Desired Skills Coachable - trainable. Results oriented - goal driven. Confident and positive outlook. Willing to learn and apply a sales process. Able to relate to different personality styles. Responsible and accountable for their results. Not afraid to ask for the sale and close business. Works successfully without requiring close supervision. Qualifications Able to take measurements and estimate jobs. Professional appearance and demeanor. Verifiable references. Able to pass a drug screening and background check.
