About the Role We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to manage personal injury and property damage cases from intake through resolution or trial. This role is best suited for a litigation professional who is confident in client-facing work, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy. Responsibilities Manage personal injury and property damage cases from intake through trial. Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing clear legal guidance. Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claims, demands, and settlements. Prepare cases for litigation, mediation, and trial. Conduct negotiations and represent clients in settlement discussions. Handle trial proceedings, including courtroom advocacy and presentation. Provide ongoing client updates and case strategy input. Collaborate with internal teams to support case success and efficiency. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Florida Bar membership in good standing. 6+ years of litigation experience. Strong negotiation, advocacy, and case evaluation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently manage a full caseload. Preferred First-chair jury trial experience. Experience in personal injury and property damage litigation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Experience mentoring or supporting junior attorneys.
