About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead the innovation, financial performance, and guest experience within its diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, and culinary operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a company-wide F&B strategy that aligns with brand values and revenue goals. This role involves overseeing all aspects of F&B operations, from concept development to service execution, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and operational efficiency across all properties. The VP will also be tasked with driving financial performance, implementing training programs, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation within the F&B teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Food & Beverage position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar leadership role, ideally within a multi-property hotel or hospitality context. The role requires a strong knowledge of F&B systems, financial reporting tools, and the ability to lead teams effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Experience in menu development, marketing strategies, cost control, and labor management is essential, as is a focus on team development and continued education. The VP will also be expected to champion sustainable and ethical sourcing practices and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
