Customer Service Assistant

We're looking for a dependable, personable team member who is willing to learn and help support our customers and the day-to-day operations of the agency. Bilingual Vietnamese speakers are strongly encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll help with basic office responsibilities and provide friendly support to our customers. Responsibilities may include: Answering phones and assisting customers with basic questions. Greeting and helping customers in the office. Responding to customer requests and directing questions to the appropriate team member. Assisting with routine administrative and insurance office tasks. Helping organize and maintain customer records and documents. Scheduling appointments and assisting with follow-up communications. Supporting the agency team with day-to-day office needs. Learning about insurance products and agency processes. Providing a professional, friendly experience to every customer. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people. Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. A strong communicator and active listener. Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers. Willing to learn new computer systems and office technology. Able to work independently while being a positive team player. Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities. Previous office, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual Vietnamese is a big bonus!
