Position: Senior SAP FICO/MM Consultant

Location: Omaha, NE

Job Description:
As an SAP (record to report) functional resource, you will be using your skills and expertise to deliver cross-functional solutions for our finance conversion during our supply transformation. This role would need to ensure that we have accounted for how the changes in our process affect our current and future processes. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for critical thinking, process improvement, and a demonstrable history of supporting transformation and reconciliation of balance sheet items such as inventory. In this role, you will assist with the new reconciliation process design.

Must Have:

Bachelor of science degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience and typically 10 or more years of relevant technical experience; higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
Deep functional expertise in implementing and supporting solutions in sap finance (fico), materials management (mm), project accounting, payroll, and financial statement reporting.
Proficient in functional and technical knowledge of integration of the FI-CO, FI-CA, module with other SAP modules and with external application
Proficiency in sap financial close process & balance sheet reconciliation.
Primary Responsibilities:

Determines new solutions utilizing the latest technologies for sap s/4 finance & materials management.
Participates in design and implements complex configuration management solutions for sap finance & materials management.
Provides technical / functional solutions for functional team members.
Interacts with leadership to deliver solutions regarding fi / mm projects.
Lead group workshops to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
Accountable for successful completion of projects/programs/ conversions / reconciliations.
Apply advanced functional | technical principles, theories, and concepts related to requirements, data, usability and process analysis
Act as a bridge between the client, technical and creative teams
