Quality Technician
MasterMold is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to support our manufacturing operations and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

About the Role: The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting materials and products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards. This position works closely with production teams to identify issues, support corrective actions, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records accurately
- Identify quality concerns and communicate findings to production teams
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with implementing and maintaining quality procedures and standards
- Participate in training and support quality best practices throughout the facility
- Help ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and manufacturing standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze information and identify quality concerns
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with quality inspection tools and measuring equipment preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Experience with SPC methods and quality systems
- Quality certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO experience are a plus
