AIR is looking for an accomplished sales professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with the drive to exceed goals. In this role, you will guide prospective residents from their first inquiry through their decision to lease, creating an exceptional experience while directly contributing to the success of the community.

• Exceptional earning potential: Earn base pay of $20.00 per hour , plus high-volume commission opportunities, with top performers earning $112,000+ in total annual compensation. Your hourly rate will be determined based on your relevant skills and experience.
• Multiple ways to increase your commission: Earn more by securing lease terms of 18 months or longer, leasing higher-value apartment homes with features such as updated finishes, larger floor plans, or premium views, and exceeding monthly leasing goals to reach higher commission tiers.
• 25% rent discount: Enjoy a 25% discount at any AIR community, with the option to live onsite with no commute or at another nearby AIR community.
• Extended Time Off: Recharge with a Winter Break after peak leasing season. During this unpaid break, you will retain your benefits, including your 25% rent discount, while you travel, pursue your interests, spend time with loved ones, volunteer, or take a seasonal position before returning for the next peak season.

You will help prospective residents find their next home at Lofts at 7100 , a distinctive apartment community offering modern, loft-style living in the Centennial Hills area of Las Vegas, Nevada.

What You Will Do

• Manage the leasing journey from initial inquiry through signed lease, providing responsive and professional guidance.
• Understand each prospect’s needs, recommend the right apartment home, and conduct compelling tours.
• Convert prospects through prompt follow-up, confident objection handling, and clear next steps.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, accurate leasing records, and expert knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and promotions.
• Partner with community teams, support marketing efforts, and assist other AIR communities as needed.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations

What You Have

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• A demonstrated ability to build relationships, follow a sales process, and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional prospect and resident experience.
• Availability to work Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Hours may vary based on community needs and season.
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to support other AIR communities as needed.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
