About the Role:

Join HOME CARE SOLUTIONS LLC as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Bowman, GA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued every day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
• Help clients with mobility and accompany to appointments or social activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
• Medication reminders as needed.
• Follow care plans and maintain communication with the office

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 
• Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and the office
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including minor lifting and assisting clients.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• Must pass background checks and adhere to health and safety regulations.
