A well-established industrial contractor with over 40 years of success is expanding and seeking a Billing Specialist to support continued growth. This is a newly created position and an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career or looking to transition from an administrative role into accounting and billing.

You will join a collaborative team of four Billing Specialists who are eager to train and mentor someone with strong attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with preparing and processing customer invoices
• Review job data and documentation for billing accuracy
• Work closely with project teams to gather billing information
• Maintain organized billing records and support audits as needed
• Help resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Contribute to process improvements as the company continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of administrative, customer service, or office experience (accounting exposure is a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort with Excel and general office systems
• Eagerness to learn billing and accounting processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

This role is ideal for candidates looking to pivot from administrative positions into accounting or recent graduates seeking hands-on professional experience.

Compensation

Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000, based on experience
